Sales advice and dosage
The recommended daily dose is 50 mg of CBD and a maximum of 2 mg of melatonin, in accordance with ANSES recommendations.
For gradual and appropriate intake, we recommend starting with one capsule in the evening (containing 25 mg of CBD, 25 mg of CBN, and 1 mg of melatonin) for approximately 7 to 10 days. If the effects remain too mild, you can then increase to two capsules per evening, which corresponds to the maximum recommended dose: 50 mg of CBD, 50 mg of CBN, and 2 mg of melatonin.
