Any order placed before 1:00 PM is shipped the same day and delivered within 24 hours via Chrono 13, with delivery by 1:00 PM the following day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next day. For international shipments, delivery times vary by country, but on average take 72 hours; delivery to French overseas departments and territories may take longer, depending on customs clearance procedures.

You can pay for your order by credit card or bank transfer. For payments made by bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until we receive the payment.

Thitan will cover the cost of a refund or exchange under certain conditions (shipping issues, damage). Please note: you may only return products that have not been used or opened (if you are not satisfied with the appearance of a bouquet, do not open it; inspect it through the vacuum-sealed bag and contact us to arrange a return).

To us, a wholesaler is a business that sources its own products and stays on top of legal and product trends to ensure it’s always up to date on the latest developments and can offer its customers high-quality, trendy, and—most importantly—legal and safe products.
